In conjunction with the "Howl"oween Parade Committee, the Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce presents

Business Expo 2003

 

Registration Fee $25 {$20 for Chamber Members}. Registrations and payments to be mailed to:  Chamber Business Expo, P.O. Box 2, Bainbridge, NY 13733.  Make checks out to 'Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce.' Registrations can also be dropped off at the Tourism Office at 28 North Main Street, ask for Helen Hernandez, or at the Sidney Federal Credit Union in Bainbridge, ask for Casey Bauerle.

October 25:  Show floor open to vendors only at 7 AM.  NO VENDOR TRAFFIC permitted after 9 AM.  Vendor Networking 9AM to 9:30 AM.   Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 9:30 AM.
Show floor open to Public after Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Official setup will be between 6 pm and 9 pm, Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 from 7 AM to 9 AM.   Vendor Acceptance Policy:  Must be a small business or organization serving small business.
 Bainbridge Chamber President reserves the right to reject any or all applications.

Harvest Festival and "Howl"oween Parade organized by the "Howl"oween Parade Committee.  Crafters and Food Vendors interested in participating in the Harvest Festival, call David Lieb at 967-7316 or Jeanne Doelger at 563-2561. 

Harvest Festival ( 9 AM to 4 PM) tentatively at the Bainbridge Firehouse.  "Howl"oween Parade from 2:30 till ?  -- Registrations at 2 PM in the "Old Borden's Plant" Parking Lot on Johnson Street.
